Problems with stop start

Hi
Does anyone else have problems with the stop -start function on the new twingo. Since the day I have had it it intermittently stops as it should but then won't restart without turning the ignition off then back on.

It has been in and out of the garage several times without any improvement.

( I also have problems with the radio resetting!)

Mary

Before the Twingo I had a Clio which had that exact problem; it went back several times to Renault who kept denying there was a problem. It went in for a routine service and was told that there was a software problem that was causing the Stop/Start to not work. It was solved the same day and didn't have a problem after that.

Sorry to hear that but no, mine always restarts. Although I hate the system anyway.

Yeah I hate it too but no real issues and seems to work as it should.

That's interesting, so was it a software update the dealer applied?

My Twingo does the same thing periodically. Haven't heard about the SW update. There is one for the radio however.
