Twingo on Eibach springs.

I had Eibach springs fitted to my car. The car still rides well, the springs are progressive, it stays flatter in the corners and looks better too.

It is about 30mm lower at the back and 35mm at the front. Now it looks like the cars in Renaults marketing photos.

I have already book an ECU reflash. I will get a K&N filter and a louder exhaust when they become available. Lighter wheels would be nice too.

I waited a for the RS (or GT) version but it doesn't look like it is coming so I thought I'd make my own.

News is very quiet on the RS / GT Twingo.

I do like what you've done though. I'm tempted myself and to upgrade the alloys, the only part of the car I'm not that fond of.

Did those mods affect your insurance premium much?

Now with Eibach springs and Smart 16" wheels. The TPMS works fine.

Looks great! I've got som Eibachs to fit as well. Wheel wise, I got these from Elia in Germany. 6,5" front and 7,5" rear 17" alloys. I also got the "sport" streamer, but not fra Renault. 32 euros from SNStyling.com is alot cheaper that 2600dkr ( ca. 250 original ) I'll post a shot when she's all done.

I'm not sure what a streamer is but I look forward to seeing your car.

I've only washed it once since new and that was to take the pictures of the new wheels.
