Air Con - arrghhh!

Last week I had my air con regassed (only 30, bargain!) because it didnt feel that cold, but it's still not really cold, today of all days I could really do with it haha.

They also did a pressure test but no leaks were found.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Do you have recirc on? And what fan speed are you using?

I've used my AC a lot over the past couple of days and it seems fine.

Thinking my air con is not as cold as it perhaps was when new. Been looking at the halfords DIY cans .... any good? Is it better to get a real air con fill rather than one of these options ?

I would have thought so. Having seen an AC re-gas first hand, I wouldn't have thought a DIY can could do anywhere as near as good a job.

Well I took your advice and went to a local specialist. Now ice cold! He did say though it should have been fine for at least three years so maybe there is a problem with them.

Possibly/ It may just be where the car is stood around for a while between assembly and delivery perhaps? I don't expect mine to last that long given that mine was a pre-reg that was sat around for 10/11 months.
